LotDone routes identity to the title and condition, measurements, provenance, inclusions, and exclusions to the description. Use an exact standalone “TITLE:” line for backward-compatible title authority.
A nonempty title is authoritative and locked by default. AI may warn, but it cannot silently replace it.
Kept in the description exactly as entered. AI cannot replace it, and this box never supplies title wording.
Name Photo 1, Photo 2, etc. LotDone will AI-edit the photos you name and can use the other lot photos as visual references. An explicit instruction overrides the normal photo mode for those named photos. If you do not name a photo, the instruction applies to Photo 1.
Camera lots reopen the camera for the next number. Gallery-only lots leave this screen ready for the next gallery batch while AI work continues in the background.

Take a close-up of the lot-number tag by itself, then photograph the item. LotDone uses the tag only for routing, keeps following item photos with that lot, and starts the prior lot uploading when the next tag appears.

Select a few hundred photos or a folder. LotDone reads them in order, uses each clear standalone lot-tag photo as a boundary, and files the following item photos with that lot.
Put a close-up of each lot tag immediately before that lot’s item photos. LotDone uses natural camera order, reads tags in small batches, and stages every routed lot on this device. No catalog or paid photo editing starts until you review the staged photos and press Start processing. If you selected old or duplicate photos, choose Pause & fix to delete them, or Stop importing to keep all completed work and abandon only the unprocessed remainder.
Saved with this Rapid lot and routed by meaning. Optional “Title:” and “Description:” labels give you direct control. It clears only when the next tag starts a new lot.

Fast, with a filing safeguard
Begin with a close-up of the first lot tag, then take the item photographs. If a number is uncertain, you can keep photographing while LotDone waits for your confirmation.
Tag close-ups are routing-only and never enter the catalog. Item photographs are saved unchanged; only a small temporary copy of each shot is used to detect the next tag.
